We traveled to Camp Zarahemla near White Pass. The week before, Paul, Nate & Justin went there for father & son's campout. We decided to pull our tent trailer up there and got a great spot along Clear Lake. We went canoeing on the lake and up the Tieton River that feeds into the lake. The water was still a bit cold but Paul and Nate took the plunge off the rope swing. Nate and Justin built a mud hut out of sticks, branches and mud. We also took a nice bike ride around the lake and stopped at the dam to see the water rushing by and, of course, throw some rocks (I believe that is something that is just bred into young men!) Denise also got a chance to see the lodge at Camp Zarahemla. She is hosting a women's retreat there in the fall and we got some video to show what the lodge is like.

Camp Zarahemla
In late May, we took our first family outing without Spencer along (sniffle). We miss him dearly but know he is in a wonderful place doing the Lord's work and enjoying his opportunity to serve others.
